HN Safal calls for experienced individuals for their HR Executive role to assist in the recruitment, training and development of the employees for its various Projects located in Ahmedabad and Pune.

Key Accountability for HR Manager

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the role requires a versatile, diverse and experienced HR professional who has a proven successful record of leading and delivering all aspects of HR and Training and Development programmes with dedication and passion, whilst keeping abreast with changes in employment legislation.

Responsibilities

  • – Be responsible for all HR management and development, including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues.
  • – Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • – Nurture a positive working environment with in the organization
  • – Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • – Maintain pay plan and benefits program via excel and payroll software
  • – Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs for employees
  • – Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Recruitment duties

  • – Manage all recruitment needs for the company, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process.
  • – Creating and continually improving offer letters and contracts of employment, whilst managing the timely distribution of such documents.
  • – Ensuring all relevant ID, certificates and employee documents are received on or before 1st day of employment.
  • – To be a pro-active member of the team.
